Nitesh Gandhi

Nitesh founded Locale in 2016 and is an industry expert with over 10 years in real estate, focusing on hotels and vacation rentals. He has been a panelist at significant sector conferences and has experience managing a $2B hotel portfolio at Chartres Lodging Group, along with strategy leadership at Oasis Collections. Before Locale, Nitesh was a management consultant, earned an MBA from The Wharton School and earned a BA from Northwestern University.

Emily brings over a decade of revenue management and distribution expertise from managing branded and independent hotels. She is a seasoned commercial leader in the hospitality sector, with a versatile skill set across Reservations, Sales & Marketing and Operations. Emily graduated with distinction from the School of Hotel Management at Cornell University.

Francisco has extensive hotel underwriting experience from his time at CBRE Hotels, where his team sold 100+ hotels valued at $1B+. He has a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.

Joe has lead IT and systems at Locale Hospitality for the last six years. He has extensive knowledge of the latest hospitality software, systems and tools in our space. He has implemented solutions for best-in-class access control, mesh WiFi and other critical systems.
